CAREER COMPASS
The Garage Career Compass is a program for youth between the ages of 14-18, which combines a summer-long paid internship funded by The Garage with a challenging life and leadership skills development curriculum.
Although Career Compass is a short-term program, our goal is to equip youth with transferable life, work-readiness, and leadership skills, along with the knowledge to actively support their community.

Career Compass is only possible when local businesses and organizations are willing to partner with us by hosting a Garage student as an intern at their site. We’re seeking applicants for our 2024 program, which will run from June 18 - July 26!
