“I volunteer at the Garage because I hope to inspire the students to believe that anything is possible for them. Some of my favorite memories in my two and a half years of volunteering include baking the cakes for the birthday celebrations as well as building relationships with individual students and seeing their eyes light up when they are talking about something they are passionate about. I enjoy talking with students about what their future plans are and just describing what was great about their day.”
